Scoops of the Day
Bike Show Gives Back ðïž
Motorcycle enthusiasts gathered in West Fargo to kick off riding season at the 49th Annual Crusaders Bike Show, featuring over 50 bikes from around the region, including local dealers. The event also brought together vendors and veteran-led groups, adding to the strong sense of community behind the show.
More importantly, the event supports CCRI in Moorhead, a nonprofit that helps individuals with disabilities live more independent lives. The Crusaders have raised over $200,000 for the organization over the years, continuing their mission of giving back through both events and benefit rides. With riding season just weeks away, the group is gearing up to get back on the road. For more details, read the full article here.
50 States on Foot ð
Ultra runner Noah Coughlan arrived in Fargo on March 23, making a stop at Broadway Square as part of his mission to run across all 50 states. Now 157 days into the journey and more than 3,100 miles in, North Dakota marks his 47th state, leaving only Hawaii, Alaska, and Oregon remaining.
Coughlan, who has completed multiple cross-country runs over the past 15 years, is aiming to finish this journey by July 4 in honor of the nationâs 250th birthday. Along the way, heâs been greeted by local supporters and even escorted into Fargo by police, sharing a message of unity and connection from community to community. If completed, he would become just the third person ever to run through all 50 states.
Wingstop Is Back ð
Wingstop has officially returned to Fargo with a new location on South University Drive, drawing long lines during its March 23 grand opening. The chain had been gone since 2019, making its comeback a big deal for local wing fans. Customers showed up early and kept the line going throughout the day, excited to try its wide range of flavors.
