A Scoop of Excitement at Kone’s Kreamery 🍦

The owners of Yum Tea have sweetened the Fargo scene by opening Kone’s Kreamery, where they’ll serve some of their popular Yum Tea items and honor existing gift cards and coupons. The ice cream shop was previously owned by Brady Hand and his wife, who decided to sell it as they pursue embryo adoption after nearly four years of infertility challenges, including unsuccessful IVF attempts.

Brady, who left his HR career to run Kone’s Kreamery in 2021, is excited about this new chapter. Meanwhile, the downtown Yum Tea location faced a temporary closure due to staffing issues but has since reopened and is working to expand delivery services through DoorDash and Uber Eats. The downtown shop will operate from spring to fall, while Kone’s Kreamery will be open year-round, ensuring delicious treats for the community in every season. A Sundae of Support

Warm Hearts Generous Hands 🧤

As temperatures drop, Fraser, Ltd.’s Stepping Stones Resource Center is reaching out for community support. To provide a safe space for youth in need, the center is extending its hours and seeking both financial donations and essential supplies. They specifically need 64-quart storage containers, Hot Hands hand warmers, and adult-sized gloves and boots to ensure everyone has access to warmth and comfort during the cold months.

Donations can be dropped off at 2902 South University Drive or given online through their Amazon Wishlist.
